  • Mahavir Jain Matrimony reserves the right to remove or suspend any profile that is found to be misleading, offensive, or inappropriate.

4. Membership Plans

  • We offer both free and premium membership options.

  • Once a paid service is activated, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. (See Refund Policy)

5. Communication

  • You agree to be contacted by Mahavir Jain Matrimony through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or call for matchmaking and service updates.

  • Misuse of communication features (spamming, harassment, etc.) may lead to immediate account suspension.

6. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

  • You breach these terms

  • You provide false or misleading information

  • Your behavior is reported as abusive, fraudulent, or harmful

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mahavir Jain Matrimony does not guarantee a successful match or marriage.

  • We are not responsible for any personal, emotional, or financial loss arising out of use of the platform.

  • All communication and decisions between users are done at their own discretion and risk.
