Once a paid plan or premium service is activated on your account, no refund will be issued, whether partially or fully. This includes:
Profile promotion
Featured listings
Contact access plans
Any premium matchmaking services
All paid services are strictly non-transferable to other users or profiles. Paid features are linked to the original user account only.
If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, it will be verified and refunded to the original source within 7-10 business days. Please email us at info@mahavirjainmatrimony.in with proof of the transaction.
Users may cancel their paid plan at any time. However, cancellation does not qualify for a refund of any portion of the subscription fee already paid.
In rare cases of service interruption due to system failure or other internal issues, Mahavir Jain Matrimony may offer service extensions or compensation at its discretion. No monetary refund will be processed.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under special circumstances, please contact our support team within 3 days of payment. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of Mahavir Jain Matrimony will be final.
